Unmap and Decline Products

If your retailer has requested a product that you can't supply for any given reason, you can Decline these requests by navigating to the left panel on your main dashboard and clicking on Customer Requests > Select Product > Unmap > Decline:

You can Un-decline the product in the product card or by selecting the product line and clicking on status drop-down > select > change status at the top left of the customer requests page:
