There are 2 options to export products from your Retail Portal.
From the Dashboard:
1. Navigate to your dashboard page
2. Select the Supplier/s from the list. You can also select ALL suppliers by clicking on the select all button at the top of the grid on the left.
3. Click on the 'Export to Spreadsheet' button in the blue ribbon towards the left:
4. A pop-up will appear giving you the option to export the products with or without Images, Validation Results, or pricing.
5. After selecting the option to include or exclude images, click on the OK button at the bottom right and a link will be emailed to your inbox, click on the link to download the spreadsheet* to your local drive.
From the My Products tab:
1. Navigate to the My Products tab on the left menu
2. Select the products from the list that you would like to download. You can also select ALL products by clicking on the select all button at the top left of the grid.
3. Click on the 'Export Selected' button in the blue ribbon towards the right.
4. A pop-up will appear giving you the option to export the products with or without Images, Validation Results, or pricing.
5. After selecting the option to include or exclude images, click on the OK button at the bottom right and a link will be emailed to your inbox, click on the link to download the spreadsheet* to your local drive.
*This spreadsheet has been laid out to be compatible with most modern eCommerce platforms, POS
systems, etc. and can typically be uploaded directly to quickly copy all your supplier data in bulk to
your various systems.
