You might want to decline a list of product requests from your Retailers due to them being discontinued.
Bulk Decline via Spreadsheet:
Once you have downloaded the list of requested products via the Customer Requests tab, add an extra column to the spreadsheet and rename it "Status". In that column copy and paste “discontinued” across all the product rows and re-upload the spreadsheet to the portal. This will then auto decline the product requests in the system in bulk.
