You might want to decline a list of product requests from your Retailers due to them being discontinued.
Bulk Decline Selected products via the Filter Option:
In the Customer Requests tab > filter on the selected products by clicking on the filter buttons on the left of the page as shown below > then click on the Status drop-down at the top of the grid and select Decline from the list > hit the 'Change Status' button to update the selected products to declined. You can also select ALL product requests by clicking on the filter button at the top left of the grid. To un-decline the products, filter on the products and select Un-decline from the Status Drop-down list.
